[Instances] The filed "Instances — Instance — Source" should have pre-populated values

Description

Currently, the field “Instances — Instance — Source” is input text field.

Expected: The field Instances — Instance — Source should have pre-populated values. The “Value” should be dropdown instead of input text field

Note: if we provide this as a field in the Items entity type in the future, we need to ensure it’d display as expected (this won’t happen within the scope of this story)

Testing:

  • Need to account for testing in ECS with shared/shadow instances

confirmed this is working as expected on Eureka snapshot within the Instances entity, and the Items entity.

note: the behavior isn’t 100% ideal in ECS environments - specifically within lists of the ‘Item’ record type, when the Instance is shared, the dropdown doesn’t provide options for “CONSORTIUM-FOLIO” or “CONSORTIUM-MARC” in the dropdown. this story was created to capture the enhancement:

Hi , this is now available for QA in eperf and snapshot. In eureka snapshot, the functionality is there, but the mod-search API that gets used to populate the values isn’t returning any data. So our dropdown won’t have any values there. But I believe this is either a data issue or an issue with mod-search itself (as evidenced by the fact that Instance - Source also doesn’t have any values in the Inventory app).

In Okapi snapshot and in eperf, the dropdown should work as expected and should show the same values seen in the Inventory app.
