Data migration scripts for schema changes

Description

Overview

MODFISTO-90 renames invoice_transaction_summary.numEncumbrances to invoice_transaction_summary.numPendingPayments. We would have to write scripts to migrate the data:

  • rename numEncumbrances to numPendingPayments in every invoice_transaction_summary record

  • numPendingPayments value must be equal to numPaymentsCredits

Acceptance Criteria

  • Migration scripts are written and tested
