Unable to generate "Financial Transaction Detail Report"

Important Note: Cash Drawer Reconciliation Report and Refunds to Process Manually Report are not working either.

Overview: The person assigned to test case T1045487 first reported this error to Holly. She reported that she received these errors on two different tries...

  • After several minutes, I do get this error pop-up "ERROR: in module @folio/users, operation POST on resource 'financialTransactionsReport' failed, saying: Failed to fetch"

  • On another try I got a 504 Gateway Time-out error.

Holly retested this herself and did get the first error eventually, but not the second. Even without an error the report never appears.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into Morning Glory BugFest as an admin

  2. Open the Users app

  3. Select "Financial Transaction Detail Report" from the ACTIONS menu

  4. Enter the following criteria...

    • Start date of July 1, 2022

    • Fee/fine owner of Main Circ Desk (I know that transactions exist for this owner)

  5. Press SAVE & CLOSE button

  6. Success toast of "Export in progress" appears

Expected Results:
Report appears in the lower left side for download

Actual Results:
There are two different actual results...

  • No report ever appears

  • Error pop-up "ERROR: in module @folio/users, operation POST on resource 'financialTransactionsReport' failed, saying: Failed to fetch"

Additional Information:
If I attempt to run the report again, often the SAVE & CLOSE button does nothing when I press on it.

, there's a chance that 's fix could be included in MG bugfix after all. If it's possible, we'll update the release field accordingly.

I was just informed that this fix will not be ready for Morning Glory, so it will need to be a hotfix.
