Make paymentStatus property in accountdata.json required and also make it an enum

Description

The JSON schema file for accounts (accountdata.json) contains the following top-level property.

 

The UI appears to malfunction of paymentStatus is not present. Can you add paymentStatus to the required fields at the top? Note, the name field above is set to required, but, the paymentStatus property itself also needs to be required.

Also, can you define the valid values as enums rather than defining them in the description field?

1. How can we reproduce this fee/fine with missing payment status?
2. Is there a case for payment status being absent for a fee/fine? Is there a valid scenario for this?
3. Please add steps to reproduce, expected behavior and actual behavior.
