Honor -Dport setting

Description

Not being able to set a port for the java process to bind to is breaking any deployment not based on containers. Please change that - it's bad behavior for a software to only bind to a predefined (and even standardized alternative HTTP) port.

I cant answer that.
At least for modules using RMB with the default launcher it seems standardized.

Works.

Is there anything planned to standardize this in Folio, as mod-inventory still uses -Dport as well as mod-test (from Okapi) and a couple of other mods...?

That behavior is defined by RMB. Use -Dhttp.port instead.
