Possible to export csv for unsupported report types via api

Description

Currently it is possible to export JR1a and JR1 GOA reports as csv using the api. There is no mapper is available for these report types. The reports are falsely handled as JR1 and titled as such. The matching of report titles needs to be adjusted.
