Purpose/Overview:
We need to upgrade to latest RMB to make use of the vert.x 4, and the sooner the better so we have time to discover any bugs
Requirements/Scope:
Upgrade to RMB 32, and follow the upgrade notes here: https://github.com/folio-org/raml-module-builder/blob/master/doc/upgrading.md#version-320
Note:
It is recommended to move away from Vert.x logger and adopt log4j2 instead for for all core java modules.
