[RRT] Data import finding location on holdings Create error

Description

There is error on simple Create Holdings with specific Location.

 
Holdings records are failing to create with the following error:

org.folio.processing.exceptions.EventProcessingException: Can`t create Holding entity: 'permanentLocationId' is empty.

 

Location in Mapping Profile: "Gumberg 2nd Floor Popular REading Collection (g2p) (g2p)"

Location in Settings: FOLIO name: "Gumberg 2nd Floor Popular Reading Collection (g2p)". Code: "g2p"

 

NOTE: This issue cannot be reproduced on snapshot/bugfest envs. It seems like the problem with this specific location.

We've investigated the issue, but couldn't reproduce it on any available environment - we've tried to recreate the location that was the exact copy of the location in the report and it was mapped successfully for the Holdings. The only solution we can suggest for now - is to delete and recreate the Location. In case the issue is reproduced on other envs, or with other locations - we will resume the investigation
