Improve mapper for Multiple Holdings

Description

The main thing is to improve a Mapper for Holdings created there: MODDICORE-336 Change Mapper to allow mapping of multiple Holdings - FOLIO Issue Tracker.

It should process not only "permanentLocationId" as MULTIPLE but other fields inside Holdings also.
