Support correlationId header

Description

Purpose
`correlationId` header should be passed to all data-import events. It's needed to track events that are related to the same action.

Approach

  • Update DataImportEventPayload schema to have `correlationId` field

  • Update KafkaEventPublisher to put `correlationId` value into `correlationId` kafka header

Acceptance criteria

  • Update tests

It was decided to implement different approach on QuickMarc so this story is no longer needed.
