The instance schema is redundant with that in mod-inventory

Description

Currently the instance object is represented by both data-import-processing-core and mod-inventory. This has lead to some conflicts since the two representations have deviated from each other. With MODINV-616 and this PR the instance schema in mod-inventory is being used to generate org.folio instance related classes. These changes will likely lead to issues in data-import-processing.

It is recommended that only one of these modules handles the generation of code from the instance schema.
