FOLIO snapshot throw optimistic locking error when updating an instance - LOTUS

Description

Due to new _version field in the Inventory records, an error message triggers whenever DI tries to update.

Need to add new property "_version" to the instance in data-import-processing-core, which is used in mod-inventory.
