SPIKE: Mechanism for validating DI profiles

Description

To develop a mechanism for validating DI profiles.

Have some sort of error message that shows in the UI

Add some logic for understanding that the selected job profile can process the type of records in the uploaded file (e.g. file contains MARC Holdings, but job profile is for MARC Bibs)

Hi , the validation of job profiles for various MARC files does not appear to be an easy task. I think it is better to push it out of Nolana scope since the priority of the issue is not that high. Please let me know what you think. Thank you
