Honor -Dport setting

Description

Not being able to set a port for the java process to bind to is breaking any deployment not based on containers. Please change that - it's bad behavior for a software to only bind to a predefined (and even standardized alternative HTTP) port.

Yes, found that out too - but documentation is lacking (I'm not programming modules, thus I'm not aware which dependency does what, is pulled where and how it's manipulated), and some modules still use -Dport (most prominently the Okapi test module). So it's inconsistent over the field.

So yes, it's closing time for quite a lot of tasks, albeit not for all.

Port can be configured with property http.port - like all modules based on RMB
