Overview:
We need to investigate data structure for storing users and affiliations associations, also we need some sign to undestand what is the primary tenant(affiliation) , myabe we can use separate column for it.

Liquibase is already configured in scope of Tenants feature.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Investigate and document SQL mapping for 'user+affiliation' association, primary tenant

• Investigate in wich SQL schema we should store new table 'tenant'

• Create Liquibase script to create tenant table
