Configure Eureka based env locally with creating guide

Description

Purpose/overview:

  • Get acquainted with Eureka platform

  • Gather and collect information about building Eureka platform locally

  • Store code to build a platform locally in some private GitHub repository for now

  • Start documenting findings

  • Continue work in Part-2 ticket

Eureka backend modules are running stable

Minimal setup Docker compose services are running without exiting:

Management and module services are registered with Kong Gateway successfully:

Module services have been added into mgr-applications successfully:

Pushed heavily modified Docker compose files, Bash scripts and other ENV preparation files into a private repository. The repository also contains an initial README.me of how to spin up everything locally. Awaiting assistance from the Eureka team regarding sidecar registration.
