Implement endpoint to remove user association from a tenant

Description

Overview:
We need to implement Swagger endpoint to remove user association from a tenant for particular user id.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Deactivate shadow user upon affiliation deletion

  • Create dto schema of response object 

  • Create DAO/service layers

  • Create Swagger endpoint

Changes looks good and tested locally(screeens attached in the corresponding PR), karate tests will be implemented in scope of another story and full flow testing will be done when corresponding UI story will be completed.
