As a library system administrator
I want to be able to set up a data feed and/or import that includes all fields and values that the library wants in FOLIO

Requirement

• Ability to upload User record custom field values through a data feed or file import

• May need to review mod-user-import | https://github.com/folio-org/mod-user-import to determine if a schema change is needed.

Must support the following use cases

I am a Library System Administrator
And custom field A has been created in FOLIO
custom field A's input type = textbox
When I upload user records into FOLIO
AND these records contain custom field A
Then upload custom field A values to the user records

I am a Library System Administrator
And custom field B has been created in FOLIO
custom field B's input type = select dropdown
When I upload user records into FOLIO
AND these records contain custom field B
AND custom field B values already existing in FOLIO > Settings > Users > Custom fields
Then upload custom field B values to the user records
