I moved all marccat stories to draft. We can move or copy all our meeting notes and cases to this task and then check all requirements and make a design. Without this information all stories are not ready to estimate and develop.

As of Jan 2021, development of MARCcat has ceased. Unlike MARCcat, quickMARC will not need synchronizing wit SRS, since it accesses the SRS MARC records directly. Closing these stories as not needed/
