Services to save new template based on Tenant or Personal level

Description

Development of a service to allow the saving of a template choosing the option:

  • Tenant level

  • Personal ones level

We need to add another microservice to allow the association of the template to the Tenant (organization) and not only to the user.

So, each time a cataloger create a new template, he can save it at Tenant level or a Personal level.

As of Jan 2021, development of MARCcat has ceased. Will incorporate some features into quickMARC.

Changed from New feature to Umbrella because these issues are in MOD or UI projects and mirror New features in the UXPROD Project. If not needed, perhaps delete them?
