Mod Inventory related permissions need to be removed.

Because of upstream development work the following permissions need to be changed:

• ui-inventory.all-permissions.TEMPORARY -> ui-inventory.all

• ui-inventory.settings.materialtypes -> ui-inventory.settings.material-types

• ui-inventory.settings.loantypes -> ui-inventory.settings.loan-types

They can be found here.

This can be accomplished by the removal of the vagrant solution, as it is no longer needed. (I.E. the removal of the whole scripts directory.)

I these things are mentioned in documentation, then updating the documentation should be done as well.
