Overview: When User is doing bulk edit of Users (CSV approach) and submits a file with both valid and invalid identifiers - after uploading modified file and clicking "Cancel" button in "Bulk edit" modal the total number of records in the "Preview of record matched", "Errors" accordion is changed to the number of records in modified file

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log FOLIO as User with the following permissions: Bulk Edit: (CSV) View, Bulk Edit (CSV) Edit, Users: Can view user profile

2. Go to "Bulk edit" app => "Identifier" toggle is selected

3. Select "Users" radio button under "Record types" accordion

4. Select "User Barcodes" in "Record identifier" dropdown

5. Click "or choose file" in "Drag and drop" area => Upload file with both valid and invalid identifiers

6. Notice the total number of records mentioned under "Errors" accordion

7. Click "Actions" menu button => "Download matched records (CSV)"

8. Click "Actions" menu button => "Start bulk edit (CSV)"

9. Click "or choose file" in "Drag and drop" area => Upload .csv file from step 7

10. Click "Cancel" button

11. Notice the total number of records mentioned under "Errors" accordion

12. Click "Actions" menu button

13. Notice the total number of records mentioned under "Errors" accordion

Expected Results: The total number of records mentioned under "Errors" accordion remains the same and in accordance with the total number of records in the initially submitted file
Actual Results: The total number of records mentioned under "Errors" accordion is changed to the total number of records in modified file
