MARC Instances set as deleted cannot be updated by Bulk edit

Description

Steps to recreate:

  1. In Inventory select a couple of instances with source MARC and set them as deleted.

  2. Save their UUIDs or HRIDs

  3. Trigger bulk edit of the records based on the list of identifiers from the previous step by adding the General note (500 // $a)

  4. Preview the changes and commit them

Expected behavior:

The records are updated.
