Version history of MARC records is not tracked

Description

Overview:
On Eureka Sprint testing environment found following issues:
Issue 1: Changes made by user in MARC records are not tracked anymore.
Before environment update, this feature was working.

Issue 2: “500” error is returned in response when I’m trying to check version history for Local MARC record which was updated a day before yesterday (today 7th of March; record was updated 5th of March).

Steps to reproduce for issue 1:

  1. Go to non-ECS or ECS Eureka Sprint testing environment

  2. Create new MARC (bibliographic or authority) record via UI.

  3. Update created MARC record via UI.

  4. Send GET “/audit-data/marc/<“bib” or “authority”>/<SRS id>”

Expected result: 2 versions must be returned in response (create + update).
Actual result: 0 versions found.
See attached screencast:

Steps to reproduce for issue 2:

  1. Go to ECS Eureka Sprint testing environment - Member tenant (Colleague)

  2. Find following Local MARC authority: “VP test retention period of audit history Local updated record DO NOT TOUCH 1”.
This record was updated on 5th of March

  3. Note 999 ff $s value of found record - ac957379-f9fc-4126-89cf-a11721e8bc84

  4. Send GET “/audit-data/marc/authority/ac957379-f9fc-4126-89cf-a11721e8bc84” in member tenant

Expected result: 4 versions must be returned in response (create + update).
Actual result: “500” error is returned with following message:
