As a system administrator, I want the ability to query and retrieve details about deleted holdings and item records So that I can track for my institution’s reporting/assessment needs.

Spike deliverables

• Identify how a user can query via API for deleted holdings and item records

• It should be tracked via audit log. Just do not display on UI.

• When user deletes a holdings or items record then log it and these values should also return in API response for deleted holdings and item records.

  • Date + Time of deletion

  • UUID

  • User who deleted the record
