LogEventListener for handling log events should be implemented in mod-audit.

Acceptance criteria:

  • LogEventListener implemented

  • Unit tests cover logic (at least 80%)

API testing isn't available because this is just a part of circulation audit logs ecosystem. So this functionality will be tested in future stories with particular objects logging implementation.
