Purpose/Overview:

This operation will allow upgrading of existing entitlements without the requirement to revoke and install a new version of an application

Approach:

• Okapi does not support upgrades, so probably all existing modules must be disabled in okapi and new versions enabled

Acceptance criteria:

• Test code coverage is higher than 80%

• The story is demonstrated to the team
