Update the module to Java 21 and identify issues.

Build on jenkins-agent-java21 node fails with error regarding JAVA_HOME env variable not being setup:

The JAVA_HOME environment variable is not defined correctly, this environment variable is needed to run this program

P.S. Note: For Java 17 we have a Jenkins note type jenkins-agent-java17-bigmem - but we don’t seem to have similar bigmem node for Java 21, only jenkins-agent-java21
