Mod metadata build failing in Jenkins

Description

The metadata module Jenkins build seems to be failing in Jenkins with the following error:

Perhaps some incompatibility with the recent changes to the raml files.

Specify raml2html version 3.0.1 for npm install in Jenkins mod-metadata job. i.e 'npm install raml2html@3.0.1'

This is due to version 4 of raml2html and raml2md only supporting RAML 1.0 and we use RAML 0.8, so we need to use the latest 3.* version of the packages.

This has been fixed in the generate-documentation.sh script, however the build use a similar but separate process.
