Provide stable URIs for Codex Metadata Model JSON Schema files

Description

The location of Codex Metadata Mode (https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=5854462) JSON Schema files has changed a few times by renaming of GitHub projects and moving files around in the repository. Could you please provide stable HTTP URIs and include it as JSON Schema field "$id" so the files can be downloaded automatically?
