Refactor end-end export test flow

Description

Overview

Refactor end-end export test flow to use retry approach to verify test results more stably. Currently, we have one ignored unstable test case that should be turned on and after refactoring it should run stable in the pipeline.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Tests are reworked with retry approach of testing

  • The ignored test is turned on

  • All tests run stable at least 5 times in the pipeline
