Provide First name and Last name of the user who triggered the export job

Description

Once the export jobs starts, the first and last name of the user who started the job should be made available to UI so that the landing page - running jobs and log of completed jobs can be populated correctly.

Most of the hosting envs are down now, I have verified it on local env, here response from Postmen how the backend returns a job now
