As a librarian I want to export a set of the inventory instance records in delimited file format using the delimiter I can specify so that I can quickly review the file.

Acceptance criteria

1. Correct records are exported

2. Fields are correctly delimited using predetermined delimiter

3. Foreign key are represented by matching values

4. The file is stored in predetermined location

5. The file is available to the tenant.
