Extend Cql to JPA Criteria with support to JPA Specification

Description

Currently, query method by CQL filter string does not allow for the calling side to extend and form more complex predicates/filters on top of the existing cql query.

For example, we may want to add predicates to the existing cql query based on the fields which are not accessible by the user (front-end) and these fields exist in the DB table.
