Methods needed to perform/expose the following:

• create a multipart upload

• create a set of presigned URLs for multipart upload parts (may or may not be combined with above; may or may not be for a single URL or an array)

• complete the multipart upload

• abort a multipart upload

The use case for these are for improvement of the Data Import module, to enable the frontend to upload large files (above the 100MB recommendation for non-multipart uploads, potentially as large as 1.7GB+).
