Direct linking to URLs in stripes not working on folio-testing

Description

It results in a 404 from nginx. This is also true on the folio/testing Vagrant box.

Nope, that need to be specifically addressed. I've opened to track such work.

That configuration fix allows direct links into the app to work – but it results in the login screen flashing in the browser before the route is parsed. – do you know any way around that?

Yes, that is definitely necessary. And, come to think of it, this is suspiciously close to how it would manifest if one did not.

Possible fix: nginx should be configured to always serve index.html
