Upgrade amf-client-js to v5.0.8 for api-lint

Description

We use AMF (AML Modeling Framework) v5.0.2 for our api-lint.

The release of v5.0.8 is due in early May. This also fixes a bug (AMF 1338) that Noah discovered for the mod-calendar rewrite.

Update our api-lint and verify against the current set of RAML/OAS API descriptions.
