Remove Codex Modules from Platform Core

Description

Purpose: Codex app hasn't been maintained or tested in well over a year, but it's still part of platform core, which means it's being deployed to production customers. Decision was made on 2020-10-08 weekly FOLIO update meeting that it should be removed from platform core.

User story statement(s):

As a FOLIO user
I want all apps in FOLIO to have a reasonable level of quality
so that I don't stumble into an app that is full of bugs etc.
