permissionName values for Folio permissions are being occasionally updated by different development teams.

Running tests on Eureka environments relies on proper permissionName values in the test framework to be able to find corresponding Eureka capabilities/sets.

This task is to periodically find mismatches and update the values in the test framework (permissions.js) in “eureka-test-snapshot“, “eureka-test-rbugfest“ branches using the added script.
