Update Eureka tests for split applications

Description

Applications were split on Eureka Snapshot (now it is the same as on Eureka R BF). Instead of “app-platform-full“ we now have a set of smaller apps.
Tests for authorization roles (all tests dealing with app selection) in eureka-test-snapshot branch should be adapted to these changes.
