quickMARC: Define Application Workflow for performance test

Scenario

• Log into FOLIO and make sure there are records in Inventory with source=marc

• Open Inventory and filter Source for MARC or query for source=marc

• Open a MARC record by selecting Edit in quickMARC from the Action dropdown

• Make edits to the MARC record, like adding TEST to field 245 at the end of the title or adding a 500 field with "$a Testing test test" as the text within the field

• Save and close the MARC record

• From the Action drop down in Inventory, select View Source

• Make sure the changes you made in quickMARC are in the Source record
  SLA values

• 3 seconds or less to save the record, same time for changes saving to SRS and being reflected in Source record

• 2 to 5 simultaneous users

• Bug fest dataset is fine

• Save and close the MARC record

• Check the Inventory record to see if TEST has been added to the title and if the 500 text was added to the General Notes section of the Inventory record
  SLA values

• 3 seconds or less to save the record,

• 3 seconds or less to view the changes in the Inventory record IF there is NO queue in change manager

• If there is a queue in change manager, changes to the Inventory record should appear in 5 minutes or less

• 2 to 5 simultaneous users

• Bug fest dataset is fine
