Scope:

• Describe any differences in how integration testing works with Eureka than with Okapi.

  • E.g. testcontainers for folio-kong/folio-keycloak

  • Acknowledge/call out any known gaps in our current integration coverage

• Karate tests are out of scope for this task. This will be addressed separately (e.g. by Dojo team)
