(FSE Dry run 1) "Something went wrong" screen when clicking on any option in "Settings" → "Circulation" → "Staff slips"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to FSE Dry run 1 environment as an admin user

2. Go to “Settings” → "Circulation" → "Staff slips"

3. Click on any option in the third pane (f.e., “Pick slip“)

Expected result: Fourth pane with detailes on selected option is shown

Actual result: "Something went wrong" screen is shown.

Additional information:

• The same happens when clicking on any option in "Settings" → "Circulation" → “Patron notice templates“ (or clicking “New“ button there)

• NOT reproducible on Eureka Snapshot
