License is not deleted.

Description

Overview:
The license is not deleted and got 500 error.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into LoC phase I pre-validation environment (ECS or non-ECS tenant)

  2. Open “Licenses” app

  3. Click on the name of any existing license having NO linked agreements in the second pane

  4. Click on the “Actions” button in the third pane → Select “Delete” option

  5. In appeared modal, click on “Delete” button

Expected result:
License successfully deleted - removed from the list in second pane

Actual result:
License is not deleted and got 500 error. Error toast notification with text: “License was not deleted: 500“

The decision was made to NOT include the OKAPI facade in QCSP4, so this has been removed from CSP4 as well. it isn’t clear if they will both make it into CSP5 or if it will wait until Ramsons.

Tested on https://crs-sandbox2.int.aws.folio.org/ after QCSP4 updates - issue is still active Warning

Thanks . I think we will wait until Eureka’s equivalent of QCSP 4 to get this deployed to dryrun along with the OKAPI facade.

Re-tested on evrk2 (diku4 - https://diku4.int.aws.folio.org/ ) after https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/MODOKAPFAC-3 was done - issue is no longer reproducible Check Mark

License can be deleted. See examples:

- this update still needs to be deployed and tested on FSE Dry run 1. The issue is still active there.
