Pre-bugfest env | Data export default profiles are missed on the environment

Description

On pre-bugfest eureka environment with admin user:

  • Go to “Settings“ app > “Data export“

  • click “Field mapping profiles“ tab

  • click “Job profiles“ tab

Expected: Default profiles are displayed under “Field mapping profiles“, “Job profiles“ tabs

Actual: Default profiles are missed. 503 Service Unavailable error returned for {{url}}/data-export/mapping-profile, {{url}}/data-export/transformation-fields, {{url}}/data-export/job-profiles

Verified on pre-bugfest environment - profiles are displayed under “Field mapping profiles“, “Job profiles“ tabs. However, Deleted authority export job profile is missed on the environment as described in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/EUREKA-487
