Pre-bugfest env | 503 Service Unavailable error when click "View All" in "Data export"

Description

On pre-bugfest eureka environment with admin user:

  • Go to “Data export“ app

  • click “View All“ button

Expected: View all page opens with data export logs

Actual: 503 Service Unavailable error returned for {{url}}/data-export/job-executions
