Overview: on Eureka pre-bugfest environment https://pre-eureka-bugfest-ramsons.int.aws.folio.org/ user cannot open MARC bibliographic, MARC holdings, MARC authority record using quickmarc for further editing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to “Inventory” / “MARC authority” app

2. Find MARC bibliographic/MARC holdings record for “Inventory” app or MARC authority for “MARC authority” app.

3. Open detail view pane of MARC record

4. Click on the “Actions” >> “Edit MARC bibliographic record” / “Edit in quickmarc” (for MARC holdings) / “Edit” (for MARC authority)

Expected result: Edit MARC record pane is opened.
Actual result: GET requests to following endpoints (mod-quickmarc) are failed with 5XX errors:
- “/records-editor/records”
- “/marc-specifications/<record type>/008”
