Unable to create match profile for existing Instance/Holdings/Item records

Overview:

On LoC phase I pre-validation environment - ECS or non-ECS tenants.
When user try to create match profile for update Instance/Holdings/Item the values for field “Existing Instance/Holdings/Item record” are empty, and match profile can’t be created

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to “Settings” app

2. Select “Data import” option

3. Select “Match profiles” section

4. Click “Actions” button

5. Select “New match profile” option

6. Select “Instance” for “Existing records”

7. Scroll down → Click “Existing Instance record field” dropdown

Expected result:
The list of accepted record types displayed

Actual result:
The list is empty

Additional info:

• Same problem appeared for Holdings and Item record types

• Also reproducible on FSE Dry run 1, evrk2

This issue is blocking several tests for importing orders
