snapshot1 will be auto updated during the next cycle of auto rebuilds, meaning tomorrow.

Tested on https://folio-etesting-snapshot2-consortium.ci.folio.org/ , https://folio-etesting-snapshot2-diku.ci.folio.org/ - works as expected
Admin user has service point assigned, including Central tenant on ECS. See examples:

Preconditions:
A freshly re-built Eureka etesting snapshot environment ( )
No updates were manually made to an admin user after env rebuild
Steps to reproduce:
Log in to Eureka etesting snapshot environment ( )
Go to “Check-in“ or “Check-out“ app
Expected result: App main page is loaded without issues.
Actual result: A modal “Access denied“ appears with a message about the need to have service point assigned to use this app.
Additional info:
Admin user has service point selected in detailed view or edit view by default
Clicking “Save & close“ button when an admin user is opened for edit (even without making any updates) resolves the issue (looks like it applies service point selection)
