Import of .edi file is stuck in DI

Preconditions:

1. The user is authorized with following permissions:

   • Data import: Can upload files, import, and view logs

   • Settings (Data import): Can view, create, edit, and remove

   • Invoice: Can view and edit Invoices and Invoice lines

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Settings/Data import/Field mapping profiles.
   Find the profile called Default - Harrassowitz serials invoice.
   Display the details and select Actions/Duplicate.

2. Make the following changes to the new field mapping profile:

   • Name: Import Large Harrassowitz Serials Invoice (you can add the TestRail case number if you want to)

   • Description: Delete

   • Batch group: Select one from the dropdown list

   • Vendor name: Click on Organization lookup, and select the Harrassowitz vendor

   • Payment method: Select one from the dropdown list

   Save the updated field mapping profile.

3. Go to Settings/Data import/Action profiles, and click Actions/New action profile

   • Name: Create Large Harrassowitz serials invoice

   • Action: Create

   • FOLIO record type: Invoice

   • Click "Link profile" and find the field mapping profile created in Step 2. Select that profile. The field mapping profile will appear in the Associated field mapping profile section of the Action profile

   Save the action profile.

4. Go to Settings/Data import/Job profiles, and click Actions/New job profile

   • Name: Create Large Harrassowitz serials invoice

   • Accepted data type: EDIFACT

   • In the Overview section, click + Action, and find the Action profile created in Step 3. The action profile should show in the Overview section of the job profile

   • Save the action profile.

5. Go to Data Import.

6. Upload the attached 'ediFileForC347615.edi' EDIFACT file.

7. Select the Create Large Harrassowitz serial invoice job profile, and click Actions/Run, then confirm.

Expected Results: The import of .edi file is completed.

Actual Results: The import of .edi file is stuck.
